What should I do for my hair?

I have thick and short dirty blonde hair and red glasses. I am thinking about growing my hair until it’s long and dye it bleach blonde and get black glasses. What cute and easy hairstyle to take care of should I do? I am also thinking about getting side bangs. How could I make my hair look perfect and silky with no frizz? I am looking for a cute nerd look.
