    If your friends or just met be like hey etc introduce yourself and then the next time you meet or whenever your rrelationship could be closer. build from there.

    if its at a bar a gym or a store etc, just come up to him talk to him kindly and comment him like "ooo do you work out alot?" your so strong looking, guys love to be commplemented makes them feel lik they did their job no matter what the issue is.
