Pick up lines are extremely overrated. There isn’t some magical line you can say to impress a woman. We aren’t that stupid. =)
When it comes to picking up a lady, it’s all about the compliments. Compliment, compliment, compliment. Pick one thing to compliment about her and then somehow make that into a conversation with her. Not only will a nice compliment make her see what a nice guy you are, it’s also a great way to break the ice.
