he sits next to me in 2 of my classes

Don’t ask anyone to help you with a relationship and refuse to be the go between for someone else.
Just continue to be you. Be friendly, honest, and sincere. If he likes you, he will make a move. If he sends someone else to talk to you, tell them to tell him to come see you himself.
It is okay to show off your beautiful legs. Maybe you can be a model someday and show them to the world.
Enjoy this time of your life but do not get too serious about anyone or anything. Time will bring you all the things you think you want now. Be patient.
