Just curious, but there seem to be some pretty cheesy pick up lines out there.

Yes, but i won’t type it on here because it looks stupid when read aloud. However, when i time it right, and say it right… it’s nearly 100% effective.

nah. they’re usually just conversation starters. they never really go anywhere, i don’t think. but getting a laugh, that’s a start, wouldn’t you agree?

haha it all depends…..i tell a bunch of diff ones, some work some dont…but i always get a laugh when i tell a chik im gonna go home and fantasize about them…it makes them feel good for the fact they are fantasizable.

not a guy but i hate to admit it but i have had reaction to pick up lines not so much that it worked but it made me have a conversation with someone that i moght not have if not for the cheesy pick up line

well most of them r very corny and dont work. u have to go with ones that r funny that will make the girl smile not slap u. one of my favortie that i have used with a group of girls is u go up to them an say u and ur friends are having a bet. so u ask do i look more like tom cruise or brad pitt. i say 8/10 times u’ll get a smile and they’ll ask r u serious. so u say yes, say u have a good bet goin an u wanna it. anything than can be an ice breaker. i also have used to a group of girls: i’ll see them come in and sit down an wait like 20mins, u go up to them and ask r u girls shy? they’ll prolly say no y? and then u say well we’ve been sitting over there for like half hour and u havent said hi to us. if they like u there gonna come over

I don’t use pick up lines. I think they are very lame. It’s like a clever bumper sticker or wearing a t-shirt with something like "I’m just here for the chicks". It may be humorous for about 5 seconds, but the entertainment value goes away very quickly, then it becomes stupid and annoying.
What’s so difficult about coming up with something original and personal to say? It seems much more respectable in my opinion.
