Why do guys use pick up lines,such as "Hey Baby,are your feet hurting? Cause you’ve been running through my mind ALL day!"when they know we aren’t going to fall for it?
Because God/dess has a sense of humor: men were given a brain & an organ, but only enough blood to use one at a time.
Sorry to say, but it doesn’t get better w/ age; only constant rejection causes men to improve that type of thing. Sometimes.
I am also reminded of the bartender’s book in which he stated that the only pick-up line he’d ever overheard that ever really worked was "Hi."

BECAUSE….at a certain level of consciousness (or sobriety), there’s a woman out there that will. If there’s a guy who’s "daring" enough to use a line like that, there’s a woman out there who’s "gullible" enough to fall for it. Now, the odds are probably a long shot, but if a guy is using this line in a bar, full of drunk women, his chances of success increase exponentially. Remember: if you fall for the line, the next morning you still have to live with yourself. I wish you Peace.

They sometimes open a door to communication which is great for a guy who is nervous to the possibility of the blow off or the rejection. Usually a guy who uses a lame line is tying to catch enough of the "clever" motif that he can at least get his foot in the door…either that or he’s just wasted and doesn’t know what the crap he’s saying.

most men usually dont kno what to say to a girl. so they go back to the classic pickup lines. just because a guy uses one does not mean he is all bad u should get to kno one and im sure u will ifnd out that he is a great guy. besides i kno that not all men r as outspoken as wemon think they r they r just trying to impress wemon most men dont kno what to say any time.
